Payment is made through InstaPay to +201203270002. Send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp with the order code.

ORDER POLICIES
These policies protect the Tribe experience and keep every custom-made order accurate from payment to fulfilment.
Order validity
An order is reserved for 24 hours from submission. If payment is not completed within that period, the order automatically becomes expired.
Support and changes
The support response SLA is up to 48 hours. Address or pickup details may be updated before confirmation. Product, size, colour or quantity changes require a replacement order; the old order is cancelled to preserve accurate pricing and records.
Returns
Every product is custom-designed and made to order. Returns are accepted only when a clear defect makes the product unusable. Personal preference or a customer-selected size is not considered a defect.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup initially operates from 5th Settlement, Maadi and 15 May. Transport-company delivery can be arranged on demand, with cost and timing confirmed before fulfilment.
Confirmation
Production does not begin until payment proof is reviewed and the order is marked Confirmed. Keep the order code for tracking and all support conversations.
